Required documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the hijau33 support team. All pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or event rules. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the settlement of wagers on that game.
hijau33 offers sports betting markets covering a range of domestic and international events, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other live football and combat sports markets. All markets are subject to our Sports Betting Rules, which govern void bets, settlement, in-play betting procedures, and maximum payout limits per event and per market type.
Live dealer games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo are governed by the rules of the respective game as administered by the studio provider. All games use certified random number generation or physical dealing processes in licensed studios. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hijau33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
hijau33's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hijau33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which hijau33 shall not be liable beyond its obligations to restore service within a reasonable timeframe.
